Description

1.) you cant install a new language ("No uninstalled languages are available.") is shown

2.) icons/navbar in the mailviewer are brocken

3.) header in symbiosis is brocken

4.) can't access users mailviewer as admin (symbiosis)

Do you have it set to allow it from the system config panel?

Allow administrators to read users' mail? [?]

Don't need to adjust $cols because we don't show those icons in the menu anymore.
