Description

Chris Paul reports an error with address linking: 

Maia: [maiadbtool] Linking address 'test2@...' to account 'cp@...'
DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR:  column "users" of relation "users" does not exist
LINE 1: UPDATE users SET users.maia_user_id=$1 WHERE id=$2

it seems postgresql doesn't like the users. on that.
