hoping someone can help we had an admin set this maia up and

has left w/out leaving psswd and we need to see what is setup blocking incoming email and antivirus..... any direction ??

You question was addressed in private email, despite the fact that you

disregarded normal etiquette in this site; As stated on the new ticket screen, support questions should go to the mailing list, as this application is for development tracking, not support issue tracking. Furthermore, email to the list is more polite than just emailing the authors, as the mailing list allows other folks from the community to help.
