Description

We have had several requests to reset an internal Maia password, and P.J. Tezza has provided a patch for maiadbtool.pl

Implemented in [1237] as an expansion and optimization of P.J. Tezza's patch. It now supports --reset-password and --reset-passwords-from-file, and properly tests for both internal authentication and the auto-issue passwords flag.
