Make it easier for users to find their filter settings

The settings.php script displays a list of the email addresses belonging to a user, but to access the filter settings for those addresses the user needs to either click on the address or the small unlabeled button next to it. This defies intuition for a lot of people, many of whom see a clickable email address as a 'mailto' link. This really needs to be a lot more direct and intuitive, perhaps with the words 'Edit Settings' on a button. It's a small thing, but one that would make Maia much easier for people to use.
