Description

Remove legacy support for old style viewmail:

viewmail.php, viewmail.tpl, hack inside viewmail_menu.tpl, and remove old ham-cache and *_quarantine files and templates.

Most of this was done before 1.0.2, but I think a few small spots of code

linger on... conditional statements that will never be tripped now.
