Sender for spam marked using the "Non-spam?" radio button is not added to whitelist

Description

When you open up an email and select "Confirm this Non-spam" the email address is added to the whitelist as per the "Add senders of rescued mail to your whitelist?" setting. If you browse through the list, opening emails into new windows to check the contents and then marking the radio button for "Non-spam?" (which successfully recovers the email from the quarantine) then the whitelist is not added to - even though the mail is rescued.

Fixed in 1.0.2 with new cache code. It's taken care of in rescue_item()
