view.php has wrong link for raw button

Description

The view.php page has the wrong link in the raw button, which overlaps with the old style menu button. instead of $type, it should use $cache_type.

Added some logic in [1096] and [1097] to present the proper link depending on which style is in use. It may be a bit silly to keep the support around for the old style, since none of the themes use it, but oh well. That can be a ticket for 1.1... to remove the legacy support in viewmail.
