Description
Since it would be possible to set the digest to run daily, we need a way to set a minimum (besides off) setting for the digest interval. Optionally, change the interval to hours or something... minutes seems little to short.

the minimum interval can be defined by the cron job interval... but the display could use some adjusting.

[1486] adjusted display to hours, while keeping the database the same (it rounds to 1 hour or down to the nearest hour)
I also modified the translations, but it needs someone who speaks the language to check :)
