Add timing data to a database table

At the end of every mail transaction processed by amavisd-maia, write the timing information and/or counters to a database table for the purpose of performance monitoring.
Alternatively, if this information can be served via the SNMP agent in amavisd-new 2.x, it can be processed more readily by external applications like RRDTool and MRTG.
