[PATCH] Allow Element Selection and Ordering in Digests

This patch does the following:

1) Provides a configuration var to allow admin to specify what elements to include in digest email. 2) Same var allows admin to determine the order the reports appear in. 3) Changed example Maia web root to example.com, since domain.net is a real domain and resolves. 4) Folded all of the code for the digest queries into one code chunk in a loop. This loop interates through the provided report_order array.

Right, much of this was incorporated in 1.0.0, but in case there are some desirable elements in this patch that didn't make it into send-quarantine-digests.pl I'll leave this open, at least until David gets a chance to look it over. If the current implementation is satisfactory, we can close this ticket.
