Email account settings link is unintuitive

Description

It took me 15 minutes to find where to lower Spamassassin's spam threshold for an account. Clicking on the email address itself just doesn't seem intuitive to me, I think there should be a clearly labeled settings link beside the address.

As of the 1.0.0 release, there is now a clickable icon next to the e-mail address which serves the same purpose. Hopefully this will help to make the process a bit clearer.
