Easier way to create spam trap accounts

Description

I would like the ability to create a spam-trap account with one click from the quarantine/ham cache viewer. This is probably associated with the other ticket in regard to creating a spam-trap user class. It would be nice to easily make spam-trap accounts in the case of a domain admin who gets a lot of spam in a lot of non-existent accounts.
