#176 closed defect (fixed)

when editing settings for domain, cannot enable auto user creation

Reported by: me@… Owned by: rjl
Priority: normal Milestone: 1.0.0 RC6
Component: General Version: 1.0.0 RC6
Severity: normal Keywords:

Current trunk. When I choose a domain, I can't seem to enable user auto creation. It always sets back to "N" in the database.

Using the default theme, domainsettings.tpl has this:

<input type="radio" name="enable_user_autocreation" value="cache" {$ua_y_checked}> {$lang.text_yes} <input type="radio" name="enable_user_autocreation" value="discard" {$ua_n_checked}> {$lang.text_no}

Are the values of "cache" and "discard" correct here? It looks like this was copied from discard_ham on the lines above it. Comparing this html with RC5, it looks like this should be "yes" and "no".

I manually set them to "yes" and "no" in my local template, but it still does not keep the setting.

Also, should I be reporting bugs in this way, or is it preferred to submit them from trac?

Thanks, Chris

Yes, and it appears that this only affect the default theme, the test1 theme was correct.
