spam trap accounts confuse users

Is there really any need for individual users to create spam trap accounts? I think this is an option that should be left to the admins to set up.

We have several users who were compaining that they can't get any email, and it's not showing up in Maia. Hmm I wonder why?!?! :P

There should be options for who to show that option to, and maybe more warning about what it does before accepting the parameter.
